New Wireless Internet Welcome Letter to Owners

Hi Gulf Crest Owners,

We have some very exciting news to share.  Your new wireless Internet Service is up and running!

This new network is not just in your unit, but it is all over the building!  You can stay connected anywhere you go at Gulf Crest!  Going to another condo, no problem!  Watch your devices stay online!

To connect your devices, please look for the wireless network – >“GCOwners”

The password is “8508450010” 

Please note, this password is not for your guests.  This password does not change each month like the guest password does. We will provide a separate welcome letter for you to print out or email to your Guests.   Also, the Owner’s network is given higher Internet speed priority than the Guest network.  Gulf Crest Guests will still have a great wireless Internet experience, of course!  It’s just that the Owners wireless network will be given preferential treatment, especially during periods of high Internet demand like Spring Break, etc.

Technical Tips

Since we installed the new wireless network, there’s only been a handful of wireless connectivity issues, and they have all been solved by rebooting the IPhone, IPad, and other devices.

If you’ve powered your device off and back on again, and still can’t connect to the network, please give us a call anytime at 850.270.2071.  When calling, please let our Service Desk Team know the following information:
