It’s that time of year again! Please review the attached First Notice of Annual Meeting and Election of Directors for the Gulf Crest Condominium Association, Inc. Annual Meeting to be held:

Several important forms are included with this notice, so please take a few minutes to review the entire packet.
If you are interested in serving on the Gulf Crest Board of Directors, please complete and return the attached Notice of Intent to Run. Written notice of your intent to be a candidate must be received no later than October 26, 2026. If you would also like to submit a resume or candidate information sheet, it must be received no later than October 31, 2026 and must be limited to one side of an 8½” × 11″ sheet.
Also included is a Proxy Form for the Annual Meeting. Please complete and return your proxy as soon as possible, even if you currently plan to attend the meeting in person. Receiving proxies in advance helps us ensure that we have the necessary quorum to conduct Association business.
A Voting Certificate is also attached. You only need to complete this form if Gulf Crest does not already have a valid Voting Certificate on file for your unit or if you need to change your designated voter. If you are unsure whether we have a valid certificate on file, just email me and I will be happy to check for you.
A second notice with the remaining election materials and any candidate information sheets will be sent closer to the meeting.
